Updated: Apr 5

Are you a gluten free, dairy free, paleo, vegan, or just love healthy food?

Then you NEED to visit Bare Naked Bowls in Manly, their super food offering is going to blow you away!

Bare Naked Bowls is an amazing superfood cafe specialising in serving delicious acai bowls, superfood smoothies, breakfast bowls, cold pressed juices, organic coffee, vegan salads and raw treats.

They cater for all dietary needs, (can accomodate any of the bowls to meet peoples' requirements), and their friendly team pride themselves on serving up the best coffee and superfoods in the Bayside.

“At Bare Naked Bowls we believe in living a conscious and active lifestyle and is why we deliver food that will give you a healthy boost of energy. Our bowls will leave you feeling refreshed, energised and ready to take on the day.”

I’ve lived in Bayside for a few years now and up until recently I had not tried Bare Naked Bowls. I’m not really sure why, I just didn’t really know much about them and how amazing they were.

Let me tell you that this all changed after my first BNB experience.

I am dairy free and gluten free so finding menu options in a regular cafe can be a bit challenging. It was like the BNB menu was designed just for me. EVERYTHING on the menu looked amazing and there was so much to choose from.

Ever since that first day I have been working my way through the menu to try out as many of their options as possible and let me tell you I have never been disappointed.

My absolute favourite so far is the Bliss Bowl this a blend of organic acai berry with banana, mango and raw coconut water. Topped with banana strawberries, passion fruit, organic coconut chips, coconut chia pudding, caramelised buckinis and bush honey. (see picture above)

Sounds divine right? It is! And so filling too.

As well as providing amazing superfoods and drinks to the people of Bayside, the staff at Bare Naked Bowls are super lovely. If you are looking for a laid back, beachy, positive vibe for your next coffee, bowl, juice, or smoothie experience then Bare Naked Bowls Manly is the place to go!

Hope to see you there (yes I am there a lot).
